Meet your Doula

  • Tatiana V.

Dedicated newborn and infant care provider and postpartum doula, with over seven years of experience supporting newborns and families across early childhood education, private nanny placements, overnight newborn care, and behavioral health settings. My work is rooted in connection, listening closely, moving thoughtfully, and honoring the unique rhythm of each family I enter. I approach care through an attachment-based lens, guided by emotional attunement, co-regulation, and deep respect for your intuition as a parent. I also bring a neuro-play perspective to my work, staying attuned to your baby’s early development through movement, regulation, and mind-body connection.

My path has included caring for twins, infants with additional needs, and families navigating more complex postpartum experiences. These moments have shaped my ability to show up with flexibility, sensitivity, and a grounding presence when it’s needed most. I hold a nonjudgmental, inclusive, and affirming space for all families, including LGBTQ+ parents. Whether you are seeking guidance or simply someone to step in beside you and support you through the unknown of postpartum, and having a baby at home. I meet you where you are, without expectation, and with care that is truly your own.

Beyond my work, I find deep nourishment in nature—spending time near the water, exploring trails, and moving gently through outdoor spaces. I’m drawn to the rhythm of small, meaningful moments: cooking, sharing meals, collecting children’s books for all my little friends and my future babies, and connecting through music, language, and storytelling. I carry a deep admiration for womanhood in all its forms, shaped by the strong women in my life and a commitment to advocacy, self-empowerment, and care that honors each individual’s lived experience. This perspective is embedded within my work, allowing me to support families not just in practice, but in presence.

It is an honor to be invited into this chapter. I hope that, in the stillness of the night and the rhythm of each day, you feel a little more rested, a little more supported, and gently held as you step into this new season.
