Availability:

3-4 days of overnight support, tailored to your schedule and my availability. Not limited to weekend days Saturday & Sunday

Additional:

Families seeking to extend overnight care beyond 6 weeks to 8 weeks or longer, please state that in your inquiry or in our introductory call.

Limited Monday daytime support available based on scheduling and family needs

  • Light dishes: loading dishwasher or handwashing

  • Laundry: wash/dry/fold/tuck away

  • Changing of bedding, resting or nesting spaces, cribs, bassinets, etc

  • Recurring Overnight Care

    A continuity-based postpartum care experience offering consistent overnight support throughout the first 6–8 weeks after birth.

    *There is no one way to do postpartum care; this truly is curated to you and your family. Sometimes 4 weeks of care is efficient enough, and that’s okay! Consistent days for the entire duration of care is totally possible, or tapering support days (e.g., starting off strong with 4 days of care for the first week or two and tapering down to then 3, 2...). I’m here to work with you and listen to your needs!*

    (Minimum of a 24-hour notice before booking care)
